Melissa Morin - Team Lead & REALTOR®
Melissa Morin has been proudly serving Central Alberta since 2013. While she is licensed in all areas of real estate, her primary focus and passion lie in residential sales. Melissa is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and advocating for her clients every step of the way.
In 2025, Melissa and her team had the privilege of helping 160 families and individuals buy or sell real estate. Beyond her career, Melissa is also an active real estate investor. She owns several rental properties in Red Deer and Sylvan Lake and loves revitalizing worn-down homes to bring them back to life for the next owner.
With 12 personal moves over the past 13 years, Melissa understands firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges that come with relocating. This personal experience has strengthened her customer service, empathy, and ability to support clients through one of life’s biggest transitions.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Melissa spending time with her family, lifting weights, running, or baking up something sweet.
